The short version. You're buying access to self-paced courses for your own professional development. Completing a course earns a certificate of completion from us — it is not a licence to practise, and it is not an accredited qualification recognised by an outside body. The course material is ours: study it, use what you learn with your clients, but don't copy, share or resell it.

1. Who we are
The Coaching Certification Portal ("the Portal", "we", "us") is operated by Sacred Kaleidoscope Community LLC, 5787 S Odessa Street, Centennial, CO 80015, USA. You can reach us at support@amilynnecarroll.com.
These terms form an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or buying access, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't create an account.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
- Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
- Your account is for one person. Sharing a login is not permitted, and the Portal signs out older sessions when an account is used in a second place.
- You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
3. What you're buying
You may buy access in several ways:
- A single course, which you keep for as long as the Portal operates.
- A subject track or specialist library, which works the same way across several courses.
- A membership (monthly, annual or lifetime), which unlocks every course while the membership is active. "Lifetime" means the working life of the Portal, not a guarantee of a particular number of years.
Access is personal to you and can't be transferred, resold or shared.
4. Certificates and what they mean
When you complete all the lessons and quizzes in a course and pass its final exam, we issue a certificate of completion carrying a unique serial number.
A certificate from the Portal confirms one thing: that you completed this course and passed its exam. It is not a licence, a registration, a clinical qualification, or a credential accredited by any external accrediting body, professional association or government authority. It does not entitle you to use any protected title or to practise any regulated profession.
Before advertising a service, check what your own country, state or province requires. Some titles and activities are restricted by law.
You may show your certificate to clients and employers and describe yourself as having completed the course. Don't describe it as an accredited, licensed or degree-level qualification, and don't alter a certificate.
We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained dishonestly, for example through a shared account or an exam taken by someone else.
5. Scope of practice and health topics
Many courses touch on health, mental health and trauma. All of it is educational. Nothing in the Portal is medical, psychological, nutritional, financial or legal advice, and nothing here diagnoses, treats or cures any condition.
Courses described as "informed" — for example CBT-informed or trauma-informed coaching — teach coaching skills drawn from those fields. They do not qualify you as a therapist, counsellor, dietitian, nurse or any other licensed practitioner.
You are responsible for working within your own scope of practice and the law where you and your clients live, for carrying your own professional insurance where appropriate, and for referring clients to qualified professionals when their needs go beyond coaching.
6. Our content, and what you may do with it
All course text, quizzes, exercises, designs and the Portal itself are our copyright, or used with permission.
You may: study the material, take your own notes, and apply what you learn in your own coaching practice, including with paying clients.
You may not: copy, download in bulk, scrape, record, republish, resell, sub-licence or share the material; use it to build a competing course or training programme; use it to train an artificial intelligence model; or remove any watermark or protection.
Lesson pages carry a watermark identifying the account viewing them. If material appears elsewhere, that watermark tells us which account it came from.
What you write in the Portal — your reflections and notes — stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you.
7. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break into the Portal, bypass access controls, automate bulk downloading, probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or interfere with other users. We monitor for unusual activity, such as an account opening far more lessons than a person could read, and may suspend accounts while we look into it.
8. Payment, renewals and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- One-off purchases (a course, track or library) are charged once.
- Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We'll tell you before any price change affects you.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and any courses bought separately remain yours.
- Payment plans, where offered, must be completed; access may pause if an instalment fails.
- Certification renewal is optional and keeps an issued certificate marked current.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Portal available but can't promise uninterrupted service; maintenance, outages and third-party failures happen.
We improve courses over time, and may correct, update, reorganise or retire material. If we retire a course you bought individually, we'll offer a comparable course or a pro-rata refund.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll give notice by email or in the Portal before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Portal after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Liability
The Portal is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business arising from your use of the Portal or your coaching practice.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Ending your access
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, shares material, or is used fraudulently; where a breach is serious, we may do so without a refund.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, and the courts of the State of Colorado, USA have exclusive jurisdiction. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are quicker to solve directly.
