What's in a course

Written for the work itself

Four to five modules

Each with three or four lessons of 450 to 700 words, written for this subject rather than padded from a template.

Practice and reflection

Every lesson ends with an exercise to try with a client and a reflection you write and keep.

Quizzes that teach

Three questions per module, each answer explained so a wrong choice still leaves you clearer.

Clear scope

Courses state plainly what coaching is not, and when to refer a client to a clinician.

Honest about evidence

Where research is thin or a practice is traditional, the course says so instead of overselling.

Practice building

Every subject ends with packaging your offer, finding clients and running your practice ethically.

Questions

Good questions, clear answers

Is this an accredited qualification?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Courses lead to a certificate of completion issued by the Coaching Certification Portal, confirming you completed the coursework and passed the final exam. It is not a licence to practise, and it is not recognised by an external accrediting body. If you need a regulated credential, look for a programme accredited by the body that governs your field.

Who are these courses for?

Practising and training coaches who want depth in a specialty: breathwork, menopause, gut health, addiction recovery, neurodiversity support and so on. They're also useful for wellness professionals adding a coaching skill set.

How long does a course take?

Level 1 courses are about 20 study hours, Level 2 around 30, and Level 3 around 40. Everything is self-paced, and your progress is saved as you go.

What if I fail the exam?

Retake it as many times as you need, at no extra cost. The point is that you learn the material, not that you pass first time.

Can I cancel a membership?

Yes. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Courses you bought individually stay yours.

Do the courses cover clinical topics?

Some subjects sit next to clinical work — CBT, EMDR awareness, hypnotherapy, art and play therapy. Those are taught as informed coaching skills, and each states clearly that it does not qualify you as a licensed therapist.
